Hot Chocolate Cookies?! mmmhmmmmmmmm

So, Monday starts finals. A lot of you know that I try to provide a little extra boost for everyone during finals time, and by boost I mean an awesome treat like every day. That time.starts.NOW!! First thing on the baking-for-finals list: hot chocolate cookies with YORK pieces. yes, the base of these cookies has hot chocolate mix in them, and if you don't know what york pieces are, they are the equivalent of what reeses pieces are to a reeses cup. Our CHAPTER PRESIDENT says these may be the best thing she's ever had from me (<3 you). And with that, GOOD LUCK studying for finals everyone! (if you want cookies text me)

Chocolate Cupcakes and Red Wine Cookies!

YUM!!! That pretty much sums up what I have to say about these! I made my favorite homemade chocolate cupcakes and frosted half with vanilla frosting and half with chocolate frosting. Then put some oreos on some of each kind. mmmmmmmmm.

And here are one of my newest creations, red wine cookies. Yes, the main ingredient in these cookies is in fact red wine!! These are an Italian cookie, and they're delicious! A common reaction people had when eating them was "oo, cool." they have a nice sweetness to them from them raw sugar that they're rolled in and the wine creates a unique flavor.

formal breakfast...

I made these breads for post-formal breakfast. But I tried to healthify them a little bit, so all of them are fat free and whole wheat (but then I added chocolate chips to the banana bread and one of the pumpkin breads, so those aren't technically fat free anymore, but still better for ya!) So we have pumpkin bread, chocolate chip pumpkin bread, and chocolate chip banana bread. However, I didn't think to take pictures until after I pulled them out for people, so the pictures are a testament that they were tasty :) haha nom.

Regular pumpkin bread (naturally people preferred the chocolate chip haha)

Chocolate Chip Cookies and Peanut Butter Loaded Cookies

Cookies! Made these for phi psi to (hopefully) pump them up for arrowstrike! The pictures say way more than words can, so I'll let these treats speak for themselves :)
