Oatmeal Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies
A wonderful combination of flavors! I made these during finals week this year! (along with a few other things, including the muffins that I posted earlier!)
They are soft and have a very nice, tasty flavor. Not overly coconutty, not too oatmeally, really just a nice blend of flavors
